Pilot tests
Why conduct pilot trials?
Pilot trials allow you to:
- Adapt our process to your specifications.
- Assess the reduction of the microbial load.
- Ensure the preservation of your product’s physicochemical and organoleptic properties.
Upon receipt of the samples, the product test takes place in 2 phases:
Phase 1
We conduct three trials at different temperatures to assess your product’s behavior during the treatment.
Phase 2
The treatment process is then defined together with the client to meet their specifications and enable production on a larger scale.
Finally, there is the possibility of carrying out a validation through an independent external laboratory. This validation enables us to commit to a reduction in the microbial load.
